PIC 16F84 programming

Could somebody plz explain me how this PIC is programmed? I downloaded tha datasheets but i can't find and clear instruction how to build a simple programmer exclusive for this PIC. Ok i know that MCLR should be high and i understand all about the oscillator. Through which pin does it receives and transmits???
