PIC Programming with PMP

I have PMP programmer, but in MPLAB i do not know which programmer is PMP.

I'm not familiar with the PMP programmer but it should have it's own software. If it has, you simply build (or make) your code in MPLAB and you will end up with a project.hex (normally in the same folder as your asm files) file that can be loaded into your programmer's software and programmed into your chip.
