I use
Microcontroller:pIC16F84A
PIC Programming softwares: MPLAB
hardware device programmer: JDM

My ? is how can protect my work from being stolen by others. any tips/suggestion.

For a start I suggest you use a much more modern device, the 16F84A was replaced by the 16F628 last century!.

To protect your work simply set the protection bits in the configuration fuses, there's no simple or cheap way to overcome it.
 
You know, there is a wealth of free information available online in the datasheet. Do you have a copy? If you have a copy, can you be bothered to spend some time reading it?

Ive read it and i asked this question hoping to have answer that is "outside the box" a trick, a bug etc :D
