PIC Simulator or Emulator

Hi, i'm looking for a Windows PIC Simulator/Emulator.
The reason i need something like that is because i already burned 3 PICs trying to make one of my proyects.

someone knows a good software to do that ?

one were i can load a .hex file and test it...adding resistor, capacitors, leds, measure voltages... ALL
