gramo New Member Jun 8, 2008 #2 The only real code I know of are; 18F1xxx devices have 18 Pins 18F2xxx devices have 28 Pins 18F4xxx devices have 40 Pins PIC's that end with a 0 (eg, 18F1320 or 18F2550) have internal oscillators
