PICKIT 2 Burned out

The PICkit2 is pretty robust except the VDD generator. Try bypassing it by powering your target.

yeah im sure i can use it when i supply power to the board but heh kinda sux

It's the P channel FET that's likely blown. It's in a FET pair (one N one P).
