Please help me identify this mosfet.

Hi. I have here a pcb from a Milwaukee m12fid2 impact drill driver that doesn't work. i took it apart and found a burnt mosfet. I have a picture of the numbers on it but cant seem to find an exact match. please can anyone help shine some light on this mystery mosfet?

It's an Onsemi MOSFET in a DUAL COOL 56 package.

All the ones that I have looked at have a device code in the marking that is 2 or 3 followed by a letter, so the ones on your drill may be a special type.

I suggest you get the highest current rating you can get in that package, with a voltage rating at least 3 times the battery voltage.
