Please, help with PCB for MC2833D smd...

I found PCB

PCB without 14 pin. I want to remake this PCB to make the original PCB from datasheet (but smd)
Maybe someone has a PCB file, it takes me a very long time to redraw this board. Maybe there is software for automatic redrawing?
I am asking for help. I understand that this is a long time, I have a non-commercial project and I am ready to wait. Even if it takes 1 year, 2 years .

Just get a copy of EasyEDA (free) and recreate the circuit. You should be able to do it in a few hours at most.

They (easyEDA) even have the MC2833D as an SOIC chip.
