plz help on creating a preamp

hi all, i need to create a pre amplifire. given that;

Gain - 20dB
Zin - >5k
Zout - <100

Bandwidth - (300Hz - 3MHz)


This should be a multi stage transistor pre amp. please help me on designing this ( selecting transistors, how to get the required bandwidth...)

If you need help that your lecturer should have provided, please tell us (and your lecturer) what you found was lacking.
