You haven't mentioned your stream. Possibily ETC. I live in Kolkata. Need to know your interests and focus. If you can handle a little complex project then you can go for a Phillips ambilight emulator. It grabs video signals. Finds the RGB level, does some processing to smooth out frequent changes and drives a few RGB leds. You can also get a readymade project.
