Dear Sir,
We are importing Machinery and Equipment from Korea, which are meant for winding foils for capacitor manufacturing. But the Equipments are designed for running at the power frequency of 60Hz. where as in our country our Power frequency is 50Hz. The Supplier is saying there wil be no problem and we can run these machines at 50Hz.

But I have doubt in it.

Can someone clarify whether there will be no problem. Equipments are consisting mostly Electronic controlled motor drives

It depends entirely on the specific equipment, generally 50Hz or 60Hz doesn't make any difference - but there are occasional exceptions.

For electric motors, it will depend on the particular types of motor, and how they are controlled.

Good business/engineering practice would be to review the manufacturer's documents to verify that their equipment is designed, tested, etc to run at the power you have available. Usually it is their responsibility to describe the various conditions that must be met - and yours to understand what your systems will provide. If their documentation isn't clear and explicit it would seem that you are taking a big risk.
