what is the usage of thermocouple cold junction compensator and matched amplifier?

how am i suppose to connect the circuitry of these? do anyone noe the schematics of block diagram for the connections?

The world has two hemispheres (AFAIK ), here in the southern one we are in winter and our holidays are in January and February....
