The Proteus 8 Demo is available at the Labcenter website: https://www.labcenter.com/download/prodemo_download.cfm

It has a limitation that you can't design any microcontroller based designs, but I don't know how it detects a part as a "microcontroller". You might be able to create a custom part that is a "placeholder" for the microcontroller chip.
