problem whit MPLAB

I try to erase a PIC 16F873A and allways dispaly the following message:

:confused: no, no my device is a PIC 16f873, I copy the message from Internet, but the message is the same that I look on my MPLAB whit the 16f873, I need a help whit this problem...:)
 
Maybe your PIC is a 16F873, but the error log says

Obviously, you haven't selected the right PIC in MPLAB before programming it.
