Looking for someone that has built a solution for programing a directlogic 305 series PLC through a USB port under win7 64bit

What adapter works and the cable pinout would be great

Thanks

They spell it all out here: https://www.automationdirect.com/static/manuals/d2dcm/d2dcm.html Chapter 2 and appendix A

They also sell a ready made USB programming cable.

I had an issue when trying to use a MAC's RS422 port, which when connected wierdly would make it behave like an RS232 port except for reduced signal levels. I had a motion controller that needed help to make that work. This doesn't address any issues here except they don't seem to spell out the RS232 levels. They used to be -3 to 25V and 3 to 25V and I doubt they support the original levels.

Anyway, it looks not quite straightforward. They label the +5 pin of the RJ45 to be connected to pin 6 of a 25 pin cable. Pin 6 is DCE. They don't seem to label +5 on the RJ45 as to whether it's an input or an output.
