propeller clock and led driver ic problem

Hi friends, i wanto to make at this link propeller clock,

But at the schema there are 4 pieces MBI5170, 8-Bit Constant Current LED Sink Driver with Gain Control. i found datasheet. But i coudnt find to buy 4 or max 6 pieces from net. They are selling or only to companies or min 50 pieces or so.

My question is:

What is the cross ic for this sink led driver so i can find easily? pls help..

I saw a propeller clock at RadioShack before they disappeared from Canada. It vibrated so much that they taped it to a shelf so it wouldn't move then fall down.

if u montage from middle and fix the vibrating problem. you dont get vibration problem. so u have to design your pcb balenced.
