The question is that "proved that the frequency of sinosoidal signal increases from 0 to pi and decrases from pi to 2pi ."
please help me out of it.

There is no question and the statement makes no sense.
 
The statement of the question is "To verify that discrete sinusoidal and complex exponential signals have distinct frequency only in an interval of length 2pi. Furthermore you have to verify that the frequency of discrete sinusoidal signal increases as we move from 0 to pi and decreases when we move from pi to 2pi. You have to determine the period of various discrete sinusoidal signals as well."
