I noticed that the VEE pin needs a negative voltage, 0V~-8V. Then pin 18 is labeled as VOUT with an output of -10V. So does this mean the LCD generates the negative voltage?

P Pommie Well-Known Member Most Helpful Member Apr 23, 2008 #2 Yes it does. Just connect a potentiometer between Vout and Gnd with the wiper to Vee. There are a few threads on here about using that exact display. Mike.
