radio control

You don't give enough details, what's it for, what range do you require, what frequency do you want, what frequencies are you allowed?.

If it's for radio control model use, it would be far cheaper to buy one, and if it's for short range data use you can buy loads of cheap licence free modules ( the actual frequency of them depends on which country you are in ).

I also need to send video. Can I find a comercial control that will handle that? I want to send video from a model airplane.
