I can't get my Old TV to get an image. I'm using in this order: My tablet -> HDMI to RCA Converter -> RF Modulator -> Matching Transformer, Ancable 3-Pack Gold Plated - 75 Ohm to 300 Ohm Adapter - UHF/VHF/FM Balun
I tried it on another TV and it works just fine. I'm not sure exactly why it isn't working. Any help?
Please provide ctc # usually ink printed on metal frame of chassis. I assume you are trying to use vhf channel input (tuner cleaning may be the solution). Are you using PAL or NTSC for the input . try the following link. https://www.repairfaq.org/sam/rcatune.htm#rcaadd
A normal TV display quality will be nowhere the quality of a Tablet. The TV resolution will be around 360 x 240 pixels, the tablet at least 3 times that.

Unfortunately it's even worse than that - dropping resolution down to the poor NTSC resolution is bad enough, but then he's also converting it to composite video (the worst quality possible video type), and just to add a third stage of quality lowering he's then feeding it through a cheap RF modulator.
RF modulator will be for a specific channel (frequency). What channel is it outputting to? Tune to that channel on the TV. Channels 2-13 are all VHF. Channels 14 and up are UHF

Different countries, different channels. Channel 13 ended at the 210-216Mhz VHF area. Channel 14 started at 470Mhz and up to channel 83 which ended at 884-890Mhz
