LTSpice is a popular free one, though it is primarily for analog circuits.
The circuit looks like a simple reflective switch? The LED and sensor should be shielded, so the sensor only picks up reflected light from something nearby.
Going out out a limb no simulator has all the parts typically one wants to simulate.
Usually you have to import one or more spice models to do your work. Usually
not too difficult to do. Sim manuals have that procedure written in them.
