regarding RFID raeder

Hello
i am designing a rfid reader but unavle to get the required voltage o/p for that aling with that i wanted to know about leakage diode "sstpad100" which is three pin SMD (square in shape) but i wanted 2 pin squre sstpad 1000. is this particular sstpad100 availbale in market? if so please tell me.
is it worth enough if i use u2270b for reading rf signals?
