regulator

im looking for one speed dome camera technical document
there is one voltage regulator with this part number 3100U-3-1857 L65
i know that input voltage is 24 V
but i dont know exit voltage
this speed dome made in china and i dont have any information about it
and i dont know ADj voltage

how i can find some informayion about this regulator ?

It's probably 12V. Why don't you wire it up and slowy increase the voltage with a variable voltage supply until it starts working?

Exit voltage = output voltage? Whatever PAL or NTSC voltages are probably.

Use an indicator lamp on the regulator output to ensure it works.
