Relay controlled by vero low voltage

Hello again. Unfortunately my skills were not sufficient (and lack of a time was also a reason) to build that circuit but my whole project was still OK and hopefully I passed it A friend of mine (who was giving me advice) tried to build that circuit and it did not work but maybe he just did something wrong as he is not as much experienced as you guys are

Maybe in the future I will try to go back into that circuit, just to have a go with it. Thanks again!
