relpacement for an A1265n transistor

Hi, I recently pulled a dead A1265n from a meranz stero amp and i've been having trouble finding a replacement. does anyone know where i can find one of the same or an alternative that might work?

smaller version of 2sa1302, the production is stopped and replaced with 2sa1962. Also 2sa1302 replaced with 2sa1943. The newer version has better linearity.
