remote control of a bluetooth device over the internet

please help. am totally confused on how to interface the blue tooth device(s) to enablbe full data communication and control. i want to be able to remotely control the device on any pc on the internet any where, does it mean i need to learn more about protocols . what type of LANGUAGE IS best to develop the (GUI) graphical user interface. i thought of c++ with c++ buider

There is no such thing as a 'best' language, it's simply whatever will run on the system you want to develop this application for and possible in the future. I don't know what kind of interface a typical bluetooth module presents to the system but you'd need access to the bluetooth module itself and have to write the code for each particular protocol you needed to interface with, unless there's something built into the bluetooth layer on the PC side that I don't know about.
