Replacing caps

I want to replace caps in my charger (see thread https://www.electro-tech-online.com/threads/charging-slowly.163201/), but I couldn't find all of them exactly as the old ones.

Can I use these instead?
(old = new)

4.7µF 50V = 4.7µF 100V
330µF 6.3V = 330µF 16V

Yes of course, and higher voltage ones are often better specification as well (lower ESR).

I saw there are standard caps and caps with Low ESR in online store.

Are those Low ESR better?

I would prefer a good quality capacitor rather than a poor quality (supposed) low ESR one - a good quality one will never fail, a cheap one (low ESR or not) will fail just like the originals.
