Can anyone please tell me what is difference between Analog and Mixed Signal Circuit design and RF circuit design?

Actually, everything is analog but depends on frequency range and linearity.

Mixed Signal contains Logic like DAC/ADC where digital is non-linear or switched analog with fast rise times translating to high frequency. High speed logic requires controlled impedances.

RF is usually all high frequency which often demands controlled impedances and spec.'s are often designed with Scattering parameters ( S-parms) like S11 input impedance and S22 output impedance, S21 gain and S12 reverse leakage, but not always required. Compression and harmonic distortion on TX is usually included with output power in dBm and input sensitivity in dBm.
 
Tony is right...

Mixed signal often means "digital" signals and analog signals are on the same board.
Eg a digital comes signal and say a analog signal from a thermistor, on the same board.
RF is higher frequency and "weird" components, not the usual hobby stuff, start being needed.

Of course, all is really analog.

And in truth , we use low frequency approximations so that we don't have to use rf theory on our low freq analog stuff....because really , to be accurate we should use EM theory on all our circuits, but its impractical, so we approximate and who cares cuzz it gets the job done.
 
TO DO RF, YOU GOTTA HAVE ACCESS TO A 80K VECTOR NETWORK ANalyser, and loads of dosh for expensive compnents..if your employer cant lavish this on you, youre going nowhere in RF.

So better not to choose as the subject in my graduate study!!
