hi
i'm using a rf600D on a remote control but am having a problem in that all the output pins are +5v untill it recieves the correct code from the tx then it drops to 0v. How can i reverse this so that i can use a relay which will only be energised when a correct code is received and the output pin is at 0v?

Use a PNP transistor to feed a 5V relay, relay from collector to chassis.
