hello everyone

can somebody help me a PIC16F84 program that read sensory data from a robot hand and use the data to drive actuators that control the opening and closing of fingers
 
You will need a lot more information than that.

What sort of sensors?

What sort of actuators?

I would suggest that you use a much more powerful processor than a pic16F84. There are much better and cheaper ones.
