I am planning to do a project on 'ROBOT TO RESCUE OF A CHILD IN BOREHOLE'.
1.) Iam going to have a robocar which is embedded with camera and two arms (to the left and right) so that it can hold firmly to path it is travelling.
2.)It is also provided with a arm which is controlled manually(through wireed or wireless communication) so that it can lift the baby out of the borehole. The weight of the baby is assumed to be approximately 5kg.
3.)what are the things that affect robocar's motion and to the baby?
can anyone reply whether the project is possible to implement ?suggestion are needed .

A Nice thought. perhaps, one can advance in designing one. The baby, already under trauma and semi conscious, would be scared by this creature, as he/she would not have seen one such earlier.
It becomes really tough to educate the baby while under tension , underground.....

the robot should be stuffed with lot of sponge , so that while handling the baby, it would not cause damage to the baby. the way it grips the bay , either by hands, or by waist, should be gentle and firm with no damage and proper grip to prevent slippage. perhaps the best is the baby is held below the robot by a rope given to babies hands to hold-- if the baby has energy enough, at that time of trial. Otherwise a gentle tie up around waist or below the elbows appears a possibility.
however, while pulling her up, the possibility of hands and head damage id of utmost importance. A medico's firm approval might be need of the hour.
all the best.

More important would be the people of concerned area, to be vigilant and can arrange a heavy grill or effective fencing around the area of bore well being dug even at their cost. This is all they beneficial.

Children's attitude cant be taken for granted , with their enthusiasm forcing to go and explore the site.

as it is a transmitter in the bore, the antenna at the receiver is placed at the very bore entry, logically, for 15m to 30m depth it should work.

We admire the humanitarian help project.
At present , the authorities are digging a larger hole adjacent to the bore, i sincerely suggest that this should be fastened up by giving the staff a rehearsal during normal spare times too prepare specialized groups.
Many such cases are being reported during the season bores are drilled.
I am sure that the operator drilling should all be warned by a law, that they would be jailed, unless enough guarding and shields are not provided, as perhaps prevention is better than rescue later.
