robotic circuit website

I doubt you will find a clump of those on the same website. People tend to have project websites that just talk about the thing they built, and I find the large websites that have a bunch of circuits aren't too good. You also learn how to build your own (probably better more capable, application specfic) circuit if you look at many different versions of the circuit from many different websites. Use google and search specifically for what you need and you will probably get higher quality results.

Here's a basic starter website though...not many circuits though.

A good one for learning about how to build your own motor drivers:

Magnetic compass/Gyroscope Heading Sensor Stuff:

Ultrasonic Circuits (about the only website I found online that describes the theory of what goes on, even then there seems to be a lot of stuff to pick-up before you fully understand how these things work)

A few people's sites about their own robots:

I don't know about you, but when I look for ideas for robot parts, I usually prefer a conceptual block diagram of their implenetation rather than their actual circuit so I can see how they did it rather than just what they specifically built to give me ideas on how to go about it myself. Because if you're going to go to build it yourself, you might as well design it yourself too (at least when you get to the point when you can design things yourself)!

Now if you want places for information on where to buy parts, I got a huge bookmarked list of those.
