samsung LE26A457C1D help

hi i am trying to repair the above mention tv when i plug it in the red light flashes about a half dozen times and then the unit goes dead other times the tv will switch on as normal i have searched for a solution it is saying it is a capacitor problem but does anyone know which capacitor it will be i have done a visual inspection of the capacitors and cannot see any that are bulging etc any help would be greatfully appreciated
