Hello, can someone recommend terminal blocks like these ones but with long enough legs for a solderless board? Thanks!

indeed, legs are <= 3..5 mm: too short for solderless board???
All those are standard solder pin PCB terminals, not ones intended to plug directly in to a solderless breadboard, or capable of being used like that.
Good idea but the exact headers in your image are 0.05inch. Did you make a selection mistake or do you pull out every other pin?Just solder these https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/amphenol-fci/20021111-00010T4LF/2209072 to standard -0.1" screw terminals.
Generally, they can be cut. Use two row for stability.
