How can i measure the force exerted by a person on the vacuum nozzle's hinge?
My idea is to cut the vacuum tube into two parts and place a 6 F/T sensor in the tube's connection. Would the measured force/torque be the same as the one at the hinge?
I would be very happy to hear other suggestion as an alternative to this sensor.
The above is single chip. Note I would not have done what author did here, use PGAs
as amps in differential signal path. Their G mismatch is too poor for this type of
application. Just use the DelSig (ADC) and its front end G trimmed amp settings.
If you just need a trip level then a comparator with Vref would do.
