Sequencer project - momentary contact to advance to next LED

For each press of a momentary switch, the next LED will turn on, in sequence, and at the end of the run, will start again with the first LED and continue in sequence until power is switched off. When a given LED lights, it will also need to switch on 5 solid state relays.

If anyone has ideas on a circuit here, that would be most helpful.

Look at the HEF4017 counter/decoder.:)
