Sequential DTMF code circuit

Hi,

I want to create a circuit using the MT8870 DTMF decoder to ultimately create an output after 3 DTMF tones have been detected in the correct order. I have done this before with a microprocessor, but would like to do it again without it, using regular digital components.

Any advice? Please at least help me down the right path.
