Hi

I am working on a few circuits using 393's, and Ive only ever seen the DIL package 393's.
Every datasheet I could find only has pin layouts for the DIL and metal can packagings.
I need to know/see/find a sheet for the sil version (which I don't know where my supplier got them from).

Thanks in advance

Ok, It seems because my supplier "filed" off the id off these ic's, I couldn't seem, but what I have here is a BA10393 (which, looks like the same thing, same pin layout, just a different package).
Thanks for the help chaps.

Why don't you buy them from where your supplier gets them from?

RS Components SA.
Definitely from now on, my only gripe with RS components is, if you order 16 bc182's, you get 16 little bags, each vacuum packed with 1 transistor each, not only is it a waste of money and resources, but a mission to unpack if you're order 40 pieces each of 12 components. :)
Thanks
