Simple clock gadget

I need an automatic blind closer circuit, I was thinking that if I some how built an automatic bird feeder type thing and have a button at the bottom of the window to tell it when to stop once it starts at a specific time example:starts at 6:30 then it hits the button at the bottom and stops.
