simple electroporation circuit needs correction and explanation pls?

hi all

currently doing this simple circuit and needs your thought on it. i.e. if any corrections to be made on the components value/s and whether 2 zener diodes are needed in this circuit (as oppose to only one)?

the idea is to charge the capacitor (up to max d.c voltage) and discharge it (upon the 2nd switch) to the cuvette.

by the way the cuvette is use as a beaker in which to contain cells (human, bacteria, plant, etc) and analyse how cell/s react upon electrical short that passed thru them.

What voltage do you need to charge the capacitor to?

It will charge to around 84.4V with the circuit connected as it is.

thx for your response. Vc in the range of 80<Vc<89 would be sufficed. anyway how did you get the 84.4V there? and do i need to add another resistor before the LED (12V 20mA) to prevent it from burn? thank for your efford buddy
 
The zeners will drop 56+18V each, then you add on the LED which will be about 2V.

I then calculated the voltage using the potential divider formula.

The current through the LED will be about 5.6mA.
