lies and truth r make changes our body, its true.. but its not simple thing... its depend on thinking level (deep or light). bcoz this circuit is doesn't give correct result always..

Sir What is the use of the transister in this lie detector, although we can simply by aplying votage and using an ohm meter find the resistance of the skin. Then why v use transister in this circuit?

To give gain and a higher input resistance, you're measuring a fairly high value.
