i want circuit explanation for timer using transistor................










i want circuit explanation for timer using transitor 2N3904 100 microF capacitor 100megaohm resistance and 6volt supply.

At a quick guess, it wont work, the resistance is too high.

visit **broken link removed** see LM555 power-reset method 1. why you say it will not work? time mat be in micro seconds.
why timing cycle starts when swiched off?

He means that 100M is to high to use as a timing resistor, this is because the internal resistance of the capacitor is probably lower than 100M.
