Slow Opening - CloudFlare ?

Hi,

For some time now been noticing when we first open the site it takes about 15 seconds * before the ET home screen appears, it just shows its reading from CloudFlare ?
Also noticed that it shows CloudFlare down at the bottom of the screen whenever we go to a new page.

Is this part of ETs security, doesn't seem right for such a long delay ?

* We are using a decently powered desktop, W11 Pro and a full fibre connection in the UK

I don't see any such delay. Try a different browser or different computer, see it that delay follows you or not. I suspect something on your machine is causing that delay, some form of security filter/check or something else (add-ons?)

Any chance the Renesas add we see thousands of times a day just a tad excessive ?

Ah, suckered again !
Using Firefox with uBlock Origin and once that was taken out ET loads instantly.

Interestingly basic Edge with no extensions also worked ok, but it gave this opening screen which have never seen before, though no problem.
