I have to program a PIC16F687-I in circuit. The problem is that on pgmdat and pgmck i have two 100nF SMD capacitors so the rising and falling times for these signals are around 100us, to large for my programmer. I cannot unsolder the capacitors and even if I could I cannot do this for each board. Does anybody knows a programmer with variable timings (under XP would be better , a DOS programmer will do also) ?
