Hello

So the title say´s the most. Is it complicated to get a 380 motor to slow start? I want this for safety and mechanical safety, but I have no clue of where to look for a guide to do so.

Thanks

Over 2.2kw 3 phase industrial motors tend to have a 'star - delta' start, this is where the configuartion of the windings is one way for starting, then after a while switched over, reducing the start up current.

Google 'star delta motor starter'

The other way to do it is to use a 'soft start', mitsubishi do some reliable ones.
