My problem is, aside from I'm new to electronics, I also live in the remote part of the Philippines, where electronic parts are really scarce. How remote? very very remote. Out in the woods
Now, I bought this replacement part because the other one is not available, but I'm not sure if I should use it.
Here's the schematic diagram:

Here's what I think I should have bought (4 MHz ceramic resonator):

And here's what they only have (labeled 4.000 MHz):

The pins were different. The one I bought only has 2 pins when it should have 3.
Is it okay to use this? and do these pins have polarity? should I just ignore the GND connection?
And one last final thing. What does VCC there mean? does it mean +6v?
Thanks a lot in advance
