Nice idea, but what are you going to generate it from?
Too bad the idea of "Gobar gas" (i.e., methane created by decomposing human waste and other biomass in small installations, named after the place in India where it was developed) never caught on. It's a great use of an otherwise wasted natural resource. (There are some methane recover systems in place at landfills now, which is a step in the right direction, but there's a lot more raw material going to waste that could be used to generate it.)
