SMD Diode

Hi,

I'm new here and I have a diode, it is SMD and has marking SA 74 can anyone help me find replacement ? this got damaged during power surge.
Pictured bellow are from good working unit just need to find replacement either SMD or through hole.

What do the diodes do?, essentially you don't just replace A with B, you replace A with a suitable part for the application - so you need to know what it does.

they are on 24V input, I'm pretty sure those are only protection diodes
