I received some bits I ordered today and in with what I was expecting was 4 of these .. .. ..



To give you an idea of the size, that pic is taken with a microscope .. .. .. .. .. .

Anybody know what they are ?

Looks to be a SOT23-6. Not sure of the markings, If I get finished with my work early I'll look around some.
