I have a few questions about solid-state h-bridges. The first being does anyone know of a good vendor that sells them. There is a picture of one from wikipedia in the attachment.

I was wondering how you would represent this in a circuit diagram. I was also wondering how reliable it is. I know it is solid state so it can't be all that bad, but I need it to switch at a pretty high frequency, 50 hz or more. Any info is most appreciated. Thanks again guys.

50Hz is a very low frequency. Many h-bridges work at hundreds of kilo-Hertz.

The datasheets for the L293 and L298 H-bridge ICs have schematics of circuits using them.
